Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on September 16, 2026, seeks to amend an  notification no. No. 08/2026-Central Excise, dated March 26, 2026 to revise the Special Additional Excise Duty (SAED) rate on exports of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) outside India.

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 1, in column (4), for the entry, the entry “Rs. 15 per litre” shall be substituted. 

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
